[Effective May 20, 2026] Notice of Privacy Policy Amendment
Dear valued clients of InfiniteBlock,
Thank you for your continued trust in our services. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the Act on the Protection of Virtual Asset Users, and related regulations of the Republic of Korea, InfiniteBlock Inc. has revised its Privacy Policy to provide clearer and more transparent standards for processing personal data. Data Categorization
Corporate, representative, registered director, beneficial owner, and authorized agent data are now itemized separately to clarify the scope and legal basis of collection.
Framework
Disclosure grounds have been added for the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (KoFIU), the Financial Services Commission (FSC), and the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) to comply with AML and market surveillance obligations.
Policy Introduced
Cookies are now used to enhance service personalization and user convenience. Browser-specific instructions for managing cookie preferences are provided.

4. Rights of Data Subjects
If you do not consent to the revised Privacy Policy, you may request account withdrawal at any time. Continued use of the service after the effective date (May 20, 2026) will be deemed as acceptance of the amended policy. You retain the right to request access to, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal information at any time.
