Notice: Customer Due Diligence (KYC) Policy & Procedures

Infiniteblock implements a Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC) procedure in accordance with the Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information and its supervisory regulations. Only clients who have completed the KYC process are eligible to use our services. Please review the following carefully.

📌 Scope & Timing

Who It Applies To All new and existing clients (corporations, organizations, and authorized representatives)
When It Applies
• Upon entering a new service agreement
• Upon reaching the scheduled CDD renewal cycle for existing clients
• Upon changes to material information of existing clients
• When Infiniteblock determines additional verification is required to address AML concerns

🔍 Verification & Due Diligence Items

※ All KYC procedures at Infiniteblock are conducted in person.

① Identity Verification — Corporate & Organizational Clients

  • Entity name / Registration number
  • Registered address and principal place of business (for foreign entities: actual operating address)
  • Information on representatives, senior executives, and authorized agents (including ID verification)
  • Business type (for-profit) / Purpose of establishment (non-profit) / Contact information
  • For trusts: identity information of settlor, trustee, trust manager, and beneficiaries

② Identity Confirmation — Corporate & Organizational Clients

  • Entity name / Registration number
  • Registered address and principal place of business
  • Business type (for-profit) / Purpose of establishment (non-profit)

③ Additional Information

  • Company classification (large/SME etc.), listing status, date of incorporation, website
  • Source and origin of funds / Purpose of transactions
  • Expected transaction frequency and volume, key products/services, financial information, headcount, etc.

④ Additional Items for Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) Clients

  • Compliance with VASP registration and change notification obligations
  • Status of registration approval and any ex officio cancellations
  • Segregation of client deposits from proprietary assets
  • ISMS (Information Security Management System) certification status

🔄 Ongoing Customer Due Diligence

Pursuant to Article 34 of the Regulations on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism, all clients are required to periodically renew their KYC verification.
Renewal cycles are set at 3 years / 1 year / 6 months based on individual risk assessments. Clients will be notified via popup and registered email one month prior to the renewal deadline.

⚠️ Consequences of Refusing KYC

Pursuant to Article 5-2, Paragraph 4 of the Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information, if a client refuses to provide identity verification information or fails to submit required documents, Infiniteblock reserves the right to:
Refuse new transactions or terminate existing service relationships.
