Infiniteblock has prepared the following guidelines to help our clients manage their digital assets safely.
⚠️ Before You Deposit
One wrong address can mean permanent loss of your assets.
- Always use the dedicated deposit address issued by Infiniteblock. Sending funds to any other address may result in permanent loss.
- Even if the address format looks identical, sending to the wrong network will result in a failed deposit. Always verify the network (chain) before proceeding. ※ e.g. When sending USDT, confirm whether the destination uses ERC20 or TRC20.
- In most cases, misdirected deposits cannot be recovered due to technical and cost constraints.

🔒 Before You Withdraw
Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.
- Double-check the withdrawal address and amount before submitting. Completed withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed.
- Only addresses that have been pre-registered on the whitelist and verified by Infiniteblock will be processed.
- For large withdrawals, we strongly recommend sending a small test amount (e.g. 0.001 BTC) first and confirming receipt before transferring the full amount.
